Installazione riuscita fino a un certo punto

ciao a tutti.

Volevo provare Drupal (4.6.5) il locale.
Ho Installato Xampp (Apache 2.2.0 (Win32) PHP 5.1.1) su macchina Windows.
Ho decompresso drupal in htdocs/cm/drupal
Ho creato il database, importato le tabelle e modificato il settings.php in default mettendo il riferimento al db e lasciando come base_url localhost.

Ho acceduto e questo è il risultato:

Ovvero manca tutta la parte grafica!!!!

Ho provato a modificare la base url con localhost/cm e localhost/cm/drupal. Nulla.

Cosa ho tralasciato?
