ho installato easyphp nel pc, e creato db, adesso avviando "sito locale" http://[nome_computer]/install.php?profile=default, mi appare la schermata

quello che ti dice il msg:
copia il file default.settings.php e rinominalo in settings.php, non cancellare o rimuovere il file originale default.settings.php.
attenzione alla versione di easyphp che usi sembra old, cioè con php 4 e mysql 4, verifica che sia l'ultima release disponibile.
questa è ok:
