Dump mysql

Facendo il Dump del database in locale non ho esportato i files di 'cache' e quelli 'local'.
Non so se sto proseguendo bene, so solamente che un problema così banale come quello di mettere il sito on line mi sta portando via un sacco di tempo e non trovo aiuto.
Ho provato altri linguaggi come Joomla ed è molto semplice da fare, solo che ormai per una questione di funzionalità ed affettive :-) voglio proseguire col lavoro in drupal.
Spero di acquisire conoscenze più approfondite in materia da poter essere un giorno io d'aiuto ad altri.
Nel frattempo scusate se sono logorroico, ma ho ancora bisogno dei vostri consigli!
