Problema con il layout ???

no ma F12 con IE , comunque secondo il mio ex programmatore il problema potrebbe essere
o nel modo in cui sono posti i vari oppure dipende da qualche valore errato in due file css (mi ha detto di controllare "position"; "float"; "display".
