drupal 7.12 : locale - traduzione non importata

ciao,

ho installato drupal 7.12 e attraverso il modulo locale il sistema non importa la traduzione. Ho provato anche con lo spagnolo:

l'help page dice che lo dovrebbe fare in automatico aggiungendo una lingua:

Io ho risolto importando a mano da admin/config/regional/translate/import :
