chiedo aiuto!!!!
allora sto cercando da giorni di trasferire da locale a remoto il sito solo che appena lo apro mi viene fuori la scritta:

io nn so dove mettere il file database sql ma sopratutto quali sono i file da spostare...dato che sono un infinità

Quel errore che hai scritto significa sicuramente un problema nel tuo db. Hai provato a seguire la guida generale? http://www.drupalitalia.org/node/1787
le avevo lette ma non sono molto chiare le cose... o almeno nn c'è scritto come fare tali cose...:(
ma sopratutto il file db.sql dove va messo in remoto??
Per caricare il file sql devi usare un tool che ti facilita la vita (phpmyadmin). In quasi tutti, se non tutti, questo strumento è installato di default. In phpmyadmin puoi importare o esportare database, cancellarne e crearne altri o agire semplicemente sulle singole tabelle.

phpmyadmin lo avevo gia usato e in locale il sito mi funziona benissimo...il problema sorge in remoto sul mio sito di altervista.... io esporto il database nel file .sql ma sto file in remoto dove lo colloco?

tramite phpmyadmin:
- selezioni il tuo database (vuoto) in remoto
- selezioni importa (il tuo file.sql)...
