Cambio hosting, da tophost ad altervista

Ho trovato il file e ho anche cambiato i valori. Ora il sito si vede ma quando tento di fare il login mi compare questo errore:

Pagina non trovata (errore 404)
La pagina http://xxx.altervista.org/drupalcms/node?destination=node non è presente.

???

Ho modificato il nome del dominio dentro il database e ricaricato tutto su phpmyadmin ma non ho risolto. Cosa devo ancora fare?

si conoscevo già settings.php

scrivo all'hosting per capire se esiste qusta funzione di cui parli

in origine questa variabile non era stata settata, non credo debba essere toccata ora
c'è sia in setting.php che in default.setting.php
modificando solo quella di setting.php o entrambe non risolvo

Ho un nuovo problema, devo aggiornare Drupal ed il cms mi ha consigliato di scaricare questi:

user_import-7.x-2.3.tar.gz
webform-7.x-3.24.tar.gz
oltre a questo ma opzionale:
responsive_bartik-7.x-1.0.tar.gz
consigli per non fare pasticci?

ho risolto c'era una cartella tmp mancante, chissà perché!
